Acceptable Use Policy

• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Upload malware, viruses, or content that harms other users or systems.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringes IP or privacy rights, or depicts child sexual abuse material.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, probe, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape the service, or access it by any means other than the interfaces we provide.
• Circumvent rate limits, quotas, plan limits, or authentication.
• Use the service in violation of export-control or sanctions laws.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with an organization.

KaiTask is a private collaboration tool; we do not proactively moderate content inside private organizations. We will act on reports of illegal content or Terms violations under the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation 2022/2065) and the UK Online Safety Act.

Report suspected abuse or illegal content to abuse@kaitask.app. Include URLs, screenshots, and a description. We will acknowledge within one business day and act promptly where the report is substantiated.

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and involve law enforcement where appropriate. We will notify affected users unless prohibited by law.

If your content or account has been actioned and you believe this is an error, appeal to appeals@kaitask.app within 30 days.
